As a realtor in Augusta, Ga, I enjoyed listening to this podcast! The settlement statement fees sound about identical to what you'd find in Augusta. I think a podcast on mortgage fraud would be interesting since it's become so prevalent in Georgia. I don't know how much you see of it in Savannah, but I've seen it at all levels in Augusta--from minor to major.
